Working with families to build affordable homes.
Watch us build live
WHAT WE DO
Homeownership
Homeownership does more than provide families with a stable roof over their heads. Living in an affordable, owned home improves health and wellbeing, provides better educational opportunities, and helps build financial security.
Home Repair
Helena Habitat’s Home Repair and Preservation program provides assistance to low-income homeowners to perform vital repairs which improve the health and safety of their living conditions.
The ReStore
The Helena Area Habitat for Humanity ReStore is a non-profit home improvement and furnishings store which serves to fund our housing programs while keeping usable items out of the landfill.
Volunteers Wanted
Volunteers are the backbone of our work. Sign up to work at one of our build sites or The ReStore as an individual or with a group.
Homes for sale
The traditional Habitat model of building one home every 12-18 months for one family is no longer adequate to address the growing housing crisis in Montana. As such, Helena Area Habitat for Humanity has committed to an aggressive program of builds both in the greater Helena area and in neighboring rural areas.
