Consider an investment in Helena Area Habitat for Humanity

Southeast View – 243 acres of land in East Helena
Phase 1 is currently in planning states, breaking ground in 2025
Conceptual Subdivision Plan

Helena Area Habitat for Humanity is currently building capacity to build at least 30 new homes each year by 2030. In the past three years housing prices have more than doubled in the Helena area, putting homeownership out of reach of greater numbers of working families in our community. Habitat is currently in the process of acquiring over 243 acres of land in East Helena on which we plan to build a mixed-income community with over 1000 homes. At least 600-700 homes will be permanently affordable homes serving generations of families with affordable homeownership. Phase one of the project is currently in the planning stages with hopes to break ground on the first homesites in 2025.

Consider a re-investment of your state tax rebates in the future of affordable homeownership in the Helena.
