Jacob Kuntz is the Executive Director of Helena Area Habitat for Humanity, where he has served for over a decade. During his tenure, he has led the organization through significant growth in home production, land development, and financial innovation, expanding access to affordable homeownership for working families across Lewis and Clark County and surrounding rural communities.
Jacob has overseen the development of a large-scale neighborhood projects called Rose Hills, a transformative workforce housing initiative designed to address housing affordability through creative financing structures and municipal bond partnerships. His leadership has strengthened the organization’s capacity to integrate land acquisition and development and long-term affordability into a cohesive, mission-driven model.
